MINIMUM ORDERS FOR WHOLESALE:
Opening orders for wholesale are 3 styles, 2 color choices, 1 each full size runs (x-s, s, m, l, x-l) for a total of 30 pieces.
BUSINESS CHECKS:
Business checks are accepted but must clear the bank, please allow 10 business days, before order is shipped.
SHIPPING:
We ship all items UPS or Fed EX. COD shipment will have a $15.00 Charge on top of Shipping and Handling
CANCELLATIONS:
All goods ordered by you are specifically manufactured for you per your order. Cancellation will only be approved within 3 days of order placement. Orders move then from entry to production rapidly, usually within 48 hours. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already entered into the production phase. Purchaser assumes financial responsibility for the order once the order has moved into the production process.
RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from VER'E'NE are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
VER'E'NE and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, VER'E'NE does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are totally reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by VER'E'NE itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
YOUR WHOLESALE ACCOUNT:
Your account information, orders placed with your computer and fax equipment are your responsibility. Restricting access to your computer, fax machine and all activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility. . If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. VER'E'NE and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
RETURNS:
PLEASE SEE THAT ALL RETURNS HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION LABEL, OR WE WILL HAVE TO REFUSE AT SHIPPING DOOR!
REFUNDS, DISCREPANCIES:
ANY DISCREPANCIES ON YOUR INVOICES OR ORDER MUST BE FAXED TO VER'E'NE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF INVOICE. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING THAT WE MUST PROTECT THE BUSINESS!
